Creation of a floor plan
When it comes to furniture and large heirlooms, WHAT to take and WHERE will it go are questions we like to have answered early. We CUSTOMIZE and PERSONALIZE a floor plan of your new space that ensures your beloved items will fit.
WE hold onto items for many reasons and sometimes, a second set of eyes are needed to help us decide where they will fit in our “new” life. We call this process ”Rightsizing” because it is not about what you are letting go it is about keeping and honoring what is functional, useful and loved. For many of our clients, this can be the hardest part of the process.

When it comes to packing, our clients get only the best. We professionally and carefully pack your treasures and belongings in our own plastic tubs. This ensures safety, uniformity and cost effectiveness.
Unpacking and setting up your new home
You may have seen us taking pictures before we started packing. We did this so we can recreate your personal space at your new home. WE promise you a comfortable living space personalized just for you. At the end of move day, we will have your television hooked up, clean sheets on your bed and even your computer set up. How’s that for service?

Now that you and those items that are right for you are at your new home, we return to your previous home to take care of what was left. We do this in any number ways. Estate Sale, Auction, Donations it just depends on what is right for you. We personalize the estate dispersal to best fit you and your family. We also work closely with your Realtor to ensure the home is cleared out sooner and on the market quicker.
